2月全國首套房貸平均利率升至5.46%

雖然是年初,但房貸不僅利率高,且想要從銀行借到房貸并不容易。記者調查發現,部分銀行支行層面的房貸額度已經用完。而融360發布的報告顯示,2018年2月全國首套房貸款平均利率為5.46%,相當于基準利率1.114倍,環比上升0.55%;同比上升22.15%。

其中,廣州2月首套房貸款平均利率為5.37%,較1月監測數據(首套房平均利率5.34%),整體利率水平上浮0.03個百分點。

原本在年初應該額度寬松的房貸,為何在今年初感覺格外緊張?融360的分析師李唯一表示,從今年各家銀行房貸利率紛紛上浮,貸款額度收緊,甚至暫停放貸的態勢來看,房地產繼續收緊是大趨勢,可以預測未來房貸利率仍有上浮空間。
