記者近日走訪發現,上海的二手房市場繼續深陷觀望態勢,二手房掛牌價與實際成交價的落差進一步放大。楊浦區一位房產中介經理表示,現在房源交易周期明顯拉長。掛牌價高、成交價低,成了常態,個別急售房源,在購房者一次性付款的情況下,讓價幅度甚至達到了20%。業內人士分析,上海二手房市場從短期來看,成交難有起色。不過,對于剛需購房者來說,這意味著議價空間有望繼續擴大。
