許世壇:今年權益后買地預算700億 深圳龍崗項目貨值近700億

觀點地產網訊:3月27日,世茂房地產在香港舉辦2017年度業績發布會,集團主席許榮茂、副主席兼執行董事許世壇與一眾管理層出席現場。

會上,許世壇表示,世房今年的買地預算將比去年有所增多,預計權益后的買地金額將達到700億。

在香港的投資上,許世壇稱,“香港的土地儲備已經夠充足了,近期不會增加,主要將加快香港3個項目的開發。”

另外,他進一步介紹,世茂去年在粵港澳大灣區的投資較大,尤其是深圳龍崗項目,以底價239億拿下,預計該項目貨值達600-700億,此外未來每年可貢獻30億租金。
