住建部:持續整頓規范房地產市場秩序 加大整頓力度

觀點地產網訊:4月23日,住房城鄉建設部房地產市場監管司陳偉表示,2017年住建部繼續對房地產市場違法違規行為保持高壓嚴查態勢,在16個熱點城市共查處了654家房地產開發企業和2295家中介機構。

觀點地產新媒體了解到,住建部于去年9月份會同央行、銀監會聯合印發《關于規范購房融資和加強反洗錢工作的通知》,明確提出嚴禁違規提供“首付貸”等購房融資,嚴禁個人綜合消費貸款等資金挪用于購房,嚴厲打擊“首付貸”、“消費貸”等違規融資行為。

陳偉稱,當前房地產行業非法集資活動有三大特點:一是以分割銷售并承諾售后包租的形式非法集資;二是違規預售商品房變相融資或“一房多賣”;三是以房地產項目名義向社會公眾融資并承諾高額利息等。此外,近年來又出現了利用互聯網金融平臺眾籌買房等方式進行非法集資的現象。

他表示,下一步將持續整頓規范房地產市場秩序,加大對房地產開發企業和中介機構違法違規行為的整治力度。
