業內人士:海外房產購置應審慎 充分了解差異

人民網北京7月23日電,近日,“長盛說房”主持人姚長盛分析資產配置形勢時表示,房地產市場發展與整體經濟發展的關系是不容忽視的,要立足整體經濟發展態勢分析房地產市場。在整體調控政策不放松的大環境下,可能導致小中介活躍,購房時需要格外謹慎,維護好自己的權益。

當天,姚長盛分析對比了泰國與國內的房價、物價水平,認為購置泰國房產性價比較高,但海外置業尤其要謹慎,要綜合考慮置業地的經濟發展水平和發展前景,查清當地購房政策、稅收規定等,按時繳納相應費用,充分了解海外置業項目后,從正規渠道合理利用資產參與海外置業。(實習生 吳凡)
