南京:8樓盤集體領銷許 房價幾乎“零漲幅”

揚子晚報訊(記者 馬祚波)本周三舉行的土地拍賣結束才兩天,南京已經有8家樓盤集中領取了預售許可證,新推房源總數超過2000套,將極大緩解樓市銀十的“房荒”,更為關鍵的是,新房的預售價幾乎都維持不變。

這8家樓盤分布在南京城北燕子磯新城、江北、仙林以及都市圈。在南京城北,“短缺”已久的燕子磯新城板塊將迎來新一批近400套房源,中航國際社區新領了6號、7號、8號樓的預售許可證,房源面積從89平方米到140平方米不等,單價依然維持在26000元/㎡左右。位于城北小市片區的葛洲壩招商紫郡蘭園也領取了250套成品房源的預售證,均價在37000元/㎡左右。

在江北板塊,金象朗詩紅樹林、六合城開新都雅苑共領取約400套新房的預售證,房價與前期持平;都市圈板塊的碧桂園秦淮世家也在昨天拿到了350多套房源預售證,全部成品交付。據介紹,這2000多套新房最快將在本周末陸續上市。
