寫字樓供求環比回落近5成 閔行區成交持續保持首位

2018年4月,寫字樓市場供求價回落,供應面積14.29 萬平方米,成交面積10.83萬平方米,環比分別下滑 46.6%和47.0%。
? 本月,奉賢、盧灣及楊浦區都有較大體量寫字樓面積 推出,其中奉賢南橋板塊的“悅達南郊華都”推出獨棟辦公房源,面積約為2040-2093平方米,推出總規模達7.06萬平方米。
? 閔行區保持成交首位,成交面積4.59萬平方米,主要集中在虹橋商務區,大宗交易帶動區域銷售活躍,另外楊浦區本月也有一例大宗成交。
? 傳統市中心區及次核心地區有零星成交,其中超過1000平方米的集中在浦東外高橋板塊及閔行古美板塊。
