史上“最難買”樓盤再推新房 南京江北核心區317套房源上市

曾經創下南京實施公證搖號購房制度以來中簽率最低記錄的江北一家樓盤,昨日正式開啟了新一批房源的登記。這家位于江北核心區的揚子江金茂悅在今年6月份的推新中,搖號的中簽率只有1%,因此,此次加推新房備受關注。

南京房管部門的官網在9月19日晚公布了揚子江金茂悅的最新領證信息,公示顯示,江北核心區的這家樓盤新領1、2、3、5號樓共317套精裝房源的預售許可證,面積包括90平方米、110平方米、133平方米等,銷許均價從29541元-30362元/㎡不等,預計在2020年12月31日交付。根據開發商給出的銷售方案,買房人可以從昨天上午9時至今天上午9時,通過線上與線下兩種方式進行購房登記,首付金額與之前一樣為5成,也并不需要購房人提供驗資證明。
