香港房產大佬支招如何降房價:依靠科技

在首屆粵港澳大灣區論壇上,恒基兆業地產集團副主席李家杰表示,房地產這塊業務不好做,“只能依靠科技降低成本,這樣才有希望降房價。”

李家杰表示,商業地產就是做大人流量收取租金,但現在人都跑到網上,所以商場租金受到嚴重打擊。

同時,李家杰也認為,寫字樓也會受到沖擊,因為數字投影和虛擬會議會越來越流行。

“只有住宅還能守住。”李家杰稱,但因為地價和建筑費無法降,所以房價也降不下來。“所以只能依靠科技降低成本,這樣才有希望降房價。”
