武漢土拍市場國有房企成主角

新華社武漢7月5日電(記者徐海波)4日舉行的武漢下半年首場大型土地拍賣會上,掛牌出讓的7宗地塊中6塊被具有國企背景的房地產開發企業拿下,另一塊被港資房企摘得。

  此次土拍推出的7宗地塊,總面積約25.5萬平方米,總成交價41.7億元。其中,經濟開發區一塊商服地塊經過112輪激烈競價,被武漢市屬國企武漢地產集團旗下武漢城開房地產公司以2.7043億元競得,樓面價高達每平方米9093元,溢價率188%,刷新了這一片區的樓面價紀錄,成為“新地王”。

附近的另一宗住宅商服地塊也被武漢市屬國企武漢地鐵漢正街置業有限公司以底價25.85億元競得。另外兩家武漢市區屬國企漢陽控股集團和江夏城投集團也分別以底價競得四新新區和江夏區兩宗商服地塊。

湖北省屬國企湖北省鄂西生態文化旅游投資有限公司,拿下光谷中心城和洪山區勸業場兩個項目地塊。另外一宗光谷商服地塊被具有港資背景的光谷世界城置業公司底價競得。
