“國慶”期間廣州二手樓市網簽153套

羊城晚報訊 記者張愛麗報道:在剛剛結束的國慶8天長假里,廣州二手樓市走勢平穩。9日,房天下統計陽光家緣的數據顯示,廣州二手房在國慶長假期間的網簽量為153套。其中,1-7日的網簽量為124套,同比去年國慶期間(1-7日)的122套上升1.64%。

與網簽量一樣,國慶二手房網簽價格也穩中有升。統計顯示,廣州二手房國慶期間的網簽均價為23736元,環比上升6.33%,同比上升14.14%。

記者采訪了解到,在房價高居不下的情況下,“十一”廣州二手樓市交投以中小戶型物業居多。“60到90平方米的中小戶型占比近四成。”房天下一不愿具名的工作人員透露稱。而合富的大數據也顯示,面積在60-90平方米的中小戶型物業約占成交的35%,面積在90-120平方米的中大戶型物業約占成交的26%,面積小于60平方米的小戶型物業,成交占比也達27%。
