江蘇物價局副局長: 江蘇四季度熱點城市房價預計“持續平穩”

揚子晚報訊(記者 薄云峰)江蘇省物價局副局長、新聞發言人孔祥平16日表示,根據2017年四季度居民消費價格預期調查報告,與三季度相比,預計四季度,江蘇商品房價格繼續以穩中緩漲為主,但上漲預期繼續回落。南京、蘇州等熱點城市商品房價格持續平穩。在地方政府多措并舉調控下,商品房市場投機需求明顯下降。

在調查問卷中,預計商品房總體價格上漲186人,占比56.36%。其中,預計緩和上漲153人,明顯上漲33人,分別占比82.26%,17.74%;預計總體持平118人,占比35.76%;預計總體有所下降21人,占比6.36%;預計明顯下降2人,占比0.61%;不能確定3人,占比0.91%。絕大部分人預計四季度商品房價格繼續以穩中緩漲,并以緩漲為主。

在未來一段時間,隨著對商品房價格加大調控力度,江蘇商品房上漲預期,由明顯上漲轉為緩和上漲。南京、蘇州、無錫三個熱點城市,價格以穩為主。9月份,三個城市新房、二手房都以房價相對穩定為主。
