林鄭月娥:從私人開發商物色地皮 部分興建香港居屋

觀點地產網訊:港媒消息,10月27日,香港行政長官林鄭月娥接受專訪時表示,出租公屋單位將由76萬個增至80萬個。

觀點地產新媒體了解到,林鄭月娥認為此數量已足夠照顧基層家庭需要,故日后可將大部分新建公屋轉作綠置居,以騰出單位予輪候公屋中的家庭,及減輕房委會的財政負擔。

她表示,只要能保持公屋的流動性,80萬已足夠應付基層家庭需要。同時,她還指出若某些新建公屋有斜坡或需要興建行人天橋的項目,因涉及維修及管理責任,就未必適合轉作綠置居。

對于首置上車盤計劃的土地供應,林鄭月娥計劃將從私人開發商入手。同時,從私人開發商物色的地皮不一定要全數興建首置上車盤,部分可用作興建居屋。

她重申,她的房屋政策不是強迫人買樓,而是看到社會上對置業有很大訴求。
