南京:年底前河西有樓盤將加推新房

揚子晚報訊(記者 馬祚波)上月南京樓市的熱門板塊河西片區一口氣推出了3000余套新房。記者昨日了解到,河西北部仍有樓盤將在本月內推新,價格可能依然維持不變。

記者昨日獲悉,位于河西北部的恒盛金陵灣很可能將在本月推新。恒盛金陵灣目前還剩最后一幢住宅樓待售,房源數量約為480套,戶型從99平方米到137平方米不等。

網上房地產的信息顯示,該樓盤從去年10月份至今共加推兩次,銷許價格均為37500元/㎡,即將面市的房源價格極有可能仍維持原價。此外,在買房人普遍關注的首付比例上,上個月曾有傳聞稱該樓盤“3成首付即可”。不過業內人士告訴記者,3成首付的可能性不大,5成首付的概率較大。此外,位于河西中部板塊的海玥名都尚余約300套房源待售,宏圖上水云錦則有200多套房源待入市,這兩家樓盤均“錯過”上個月的推盤潮,由于限價政策的推行,房價基本原地踏步。
